August 25, 2006 Parole Hearing (Williamson County Jail, Franklin, TN)

The Parole Board set August 2011 as the next Parole Hearing Date.

The Parole Board received over 4,400 responses opposing parole, including over 3,900 signatures on petitions.

25 people attended the August 25th parole hearing to oppose parole. Seating capacity was limited to 5 people, the remaining 20 waited 2 hours in another room to hear the result.

Three family members and Nall's attorney attended the parole hearing to request early release.

The Parole Board indicated this case received more opposition to early parole than any previous case.

Thanks to everyone who and gathered and signed written petitions and contacted the Parole Board opposing parole! Your support is greatly appreciated by Sherri's mother, father, and friends.
