Jimmy L. Nall was arrested on June 22, 2003 and remains in jail.

The Parole Board set August 2011 as the next Parole Hearing Date.

Each month, by Tennessee law, prisoners receive "credits" that reduce the Sentence End Date. After credits are applied, Nall's original Sentence End Date will be reduced to October 2012 (9.25 years of the original 15 year sentence).

The Parole Board received:

542 signatures in 316 emails

15 personal statements

25 supporters attended the August 25, 2006 parole hearing

The Parole Board indicated this case received more opposition to early parole than any previous case.
